Purchase Information

Ordering from the Giftshop
If you would like to purchase an item from the giftshop, please click the "Add to Cart" button below the image to complete your order through PayPal. If you do not wish to pay through PayPal, and would rather send us a Money Order, please refer to Paying with Money Order below.

Ordering from the Paintings and Sculptures Galleries
If you would like to order Artwork from one of our galleries, please click on Order next to the Artwork you would like to purchase, then enter the required information. You will not be asked for any financial information on this order form.

Once we receive your order, we will invoice through PayPal for the total amount of your purchase order, including applicable sales tax, shipping and handling, and insurance costs.

Local taxes and/or other duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Through PayPal
PayPal is a secure and easy-to-use online payment system. Through PayPal, we can accept different forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard and Personal Checks.

Payment by Money Order
We prefer payment through PayPal. However, if you do not wish to pay through PayPal, and would rather send us a Money Order, please specify in the comment box on the Order Form before you submit the completed form and we will e-mail you back with an invoice for the total amount of your purchase order, including applicable sales tax, shipping and handling, and insurance costs.

Shipping and Handling
Items purchased through PayPal usually ship within 7 working days.
Items purchased with a Money Order ship only after the Money Order has been cleared through our Bank.
We normally ship securely packed artwork via UPS, DHL, FedEx or Purolator. In some cases, we may agree to ship through other venues with traceable and insured services.

Insurance
We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your purchase. The cost of insurance provided by the above-listed carriers is extremely reasonable and an added protection for your purchase.
If you decline to purchase shipping insurance, you will agree to forfeit the seven-day return option outlined below and accept the risk of loss or damage that might occur in transit.

Note: When the Artwork is delivered to you, please make sure to inspect it carefully before you sign for it. Once you have signed the delivery form, you will have released the carrier service and its insurance agent from any liability. It is also a good idea to keep all the original packing and paperwork in case you need them for a return.

Return Policy
Unless stated otherwise for a particular item, we offer a limited seven-day return policy for all artwork and gifts purchased through Maraya Galleries.
The return period is only valid for the seven (7) days after the date of confirmed delivery.

You may return a purchased item from the galleries or the giftshop for any reason by emailing customerservice@marayagalleries.com within the seven-day return period to state the reason for the return and request a refund for the cost of the item and any applicable sales tax. Local taxes, duties and/or other custom fees cannot be refunded by us. Shipping, handling and insurance costs will not be refunded.
Refund for the returned item will be made only after confirmation of receipt of the returned item. You will be refunded either through your PayPal account or by Money Order, depending on the initial payment method.
All packing, shipping, and insurance costs associated with the return of the item will be paid by you.

A purchased item cannot be returned if:
- it has been altered or damaged in any way after being received by you;
- or if you had declined to buy shipping insurance as outlined above;
- or the item is not securely packed, shipped and insured for its return to its originating address.

Loss or Damage
In the very unlikely event that a shipped and insured artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, the shipping carrier and its insurance agents should assume responsibility and liability for the lost or damaged item.
In case of damage, keep all items including packaging materials in the exact condition in which they've been received and notify us immediately so we can start a claim procedure as soon as possible.

Note: When you are purchasing artwork or gift items from Maraya Galleries, please remember that you are buying individual, original pieces of art, not factory items. We strive to provide our buyers with very detailed descriptions of the artwork as well as very high quality digital pictures which allow you to zoom in to check the work in great detail. This is to ensure that the buyer has an accurate idea of what he or she is buying.
